I serve adolescents, young adults, and families throughout California.
All services are provided through secure telehealth, making it easier to access specialized care from the comfort of your own home. I believe therapy should fit into your life, not create another barrier to it. Telehealth allows me to provide consistent, personalized support while meeting clients where they are, wherever they are in their state.

Finding the right therapist is an important part of the therapy process. At Cruz Psychology, I believe therapy should feel collaborative, compassionate, and purposeful - a space where you feel understood while also being supported in making meaningful change.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based treatments, including DBT, FBT, ACT, and exposure-based therapies, and I tailor treatment to your individual needs, goals, and stage of life. I work collaboratively with adolescents, young adults, and families, with particular experience supporting individuals navigating eating disorders, anxiety and OCD, emotion dysregulation, self-harm, suicidality, and neurodivergence.
I believe therapy involves both acceptance and change. You don't have to be “fixed,” and you also don't have to stay stuck. Together, we can build practical skills, strengthen your understanding of yourself, and work toward a life that feels more meaningful and manageable.
If you're unsure whether we're a good fit, that's okay. A consultation is an opportunity to ask questions, share what you're looking for, and get a sense of whether my approach feels right for you.
